SALARY: $67,401.00 - $82,735.00 Annually

This position will be located on the WCJC Wharton Campus. The person selected for this position will also serve as the Program Director. Pay for this position is based on a 12 month contract. (Pay for Program Director assignment is paid as an overload assignment in addition to salary listed above and includes release time from teaching.)
The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.
As Program Director, this position requires a minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing, a minimum of three years of full time teaching experience in a professional nursing education program, and a valid, current, unencumbered TX nursing license. A criminal background check is required.
