Position Description:

Pay for this position is based on a 9 month contract working fall and spring semesters. Office location will be at one of the following WCJC campuses (Wharton or Richmond) and will be determined prior to the beginning of the semester hire date. Positions will be required to travel regardless of the office location. Teaching location and hours are subject to change during employment with WCJC to meet department/division needs to ensure student success. The anticipated start date for this position is August 19, 2019.

The permanent responsibility of a faculty member is to provide the most effective instruction possible in his/her discipline. Supervision is received from appropriate supervisor. The faculty member works to insure that his/her instruction is meeting the educational needs of students.

Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires an Associate's Degree in Engineering Design or closely related field and 36 months of full time work experience in the field. A criminal background check is required.
